Not a mis-sent cancellation! So, maybe there are a few helpful people left on this listserv?? I need to load a web server with between 500 and 1000 web pages and help users retrieve the correct _few_ pages based on a query. The query (HTML form) will be kind of an interview. (What are your interests, blah blah blah.) There will need to be if-then-else logic in the query and I want the query result to be a page with links to the appropriate pages from the archive. Moreover, I want the results to be cached for 30 days so users can return to it without repeating the interview. A complicating factor is that there will be a great deal of churn in the archive, with pages coming and going and the interview questions will also be in flux as my users needs change. My question is what solution will give simpler on-going maintenance and what complications could I anticipate in hosting the site remotely. Thank you in advance. |------------------------------------------/ | John Knapp, Binary Graphics, Inc. / | Desktop and on-line media consulting / | "What you get is what you make." / |--------------------------------------/
