I don't know, but there are other options including ORA's Website and
EMWAC's http server

This seems to be the problem area. I couldn't find anyone who had done this
yet, although a few are trying.  The developers helping me thought that
porting Sybperl would be pretty difficult.  In addition, people have
reported incompatibilities with visual c++ 2.0 and nobody I spoke to seems
to know where the required uperl.o file comes from (including people at
Integraph who ported Perl to the NT).

After experimenting with Option 1, we also concluded that Option 3 was the
way to go, much more software, support and expertise is available.  And
it's more scalable.
