It would be beneficial for the W3C community to develop tools that
would help WG members to write specifications and test them. It
could be things like specifications markup process, measuring
coverage, tools for tests/test harnesses needed, etc. As a first
step, we decided to collect on a wiki page, [47]QA Tools, a list of
resources and tools.
