Are there any plans to continue work on the QA WG submission "Test Case Description Language 1.0" (October 2003; http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2003/10/tcdl-20031013.html)? I checked the mailing list archives and found no discussion of it after 2003. Many sections of the document are incomplete and the link to the XML Schema (http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2003/10/TCDL-schema) does not work. Is the schema available somewhere else?
