Abstract
This document introduces a loose architecture called Legere that
builds on Web Architecture and structured authoring disciplines for
developing software. This approach allows developers and evaluators
to transparently inspect the internal structure of a software project
like browsing the Web. The goal of this approach is to augment a high
assurance development process, enabling mapping between design layers
and facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the project.
