Regarding... [[ 8.1 Document Conformance An element information item whose namespace name is "http://www.w3.org/2004/08/wsdl" and whose local part is definitions conforms to this specification if it conforms to the XML Schema for that element as defined by this specification family and additionally adheres to all the constraints contained in this specification. ]] -- http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-wsdl20-20040803/#conformance the section heading suggests I'm going to find a definition of "WSDL document" but it's not there. My WG is making a WSDL thingy for a protocol... you know... A WSDL thingamabob... a WSDL whatsit... What is the term for a WSDL thingy/whatsit? p.s. I realize this is past the 4 October 2004 due date for comments, but it's been more than 3 months since the Aug 2004 publication, so you guys are late too. ;-) p.p.s. I thought I saw a "define your terms" bit in SpecGL, but I don't see it. The closest I see is "1.1 Define the specification's conformance model in the conformance clause." -- http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-qaframe-spec-20041122/ hmm... can't find a TOC entry for that particular box. see also, section "The left hand side" of The essentials of a specification http://www.w3.org/1999/09/specification -- Dan Connolly, W3C http://www.w3.org/People/Connolly/ D3C2 887B 0F92 6005 C541 0875 0F91 96DE 6E52 C29E
