Recommends not using meta-refresh refresh to redirect a browser

The links you offer for the alternate http-redirect all require access 
to the apache config file.

It would be nice if you could mention in your page, if there is an 
alternative to meta-refresh, if you DON'T have access to your apache 
config file.


Just a suggestion, no offence intended.
