-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Dear WG and IG participants, I see in WGs often questions about how organizing the testing efforts. The first important part being to define who will be in charge of the testing efforts. Therefore I have a few questions to ask. * How do we define the "Test Leader" job? - role - precise description of tasks * What does it imply in terms of: - time commitment - scripts/tools development Many questions are related to that. As a test leader? - - Where should I collect the test cases? - - How do I collect them? - - How do I coordinate with the editors in case of test-driven development for a spec? It's understood that the test lead doesn't necessary create the tests (this is more the task of the whole WG), but the collection, the organization of the work, etc. is important too. Opinions? - -- Karl Dubost - http://www.w3.org/People/karl/ W3C Conformance Manager *** Be Strict To Be Cool *** -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (Darwin) iD8DBQFBphHT+dmsZnpx3tkRAgX5AKDCqs7cg6Z8SVHWnUzaJxQ384ja5gCcCxog h+TlbhdqExQdBC4KQ9qwNQY= =ydAE -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
