Comment for QA guideline.css (specifically in CR-qaframe-spec-20031110)

Hello,

I am stunned at how great your Specification Guidelines [1] are! This 
is my first chance to read them through and I hope that they are 
realized in the new QA framework.

One quick comment before the 10 May CR deadline (and this may apply 
to other QA specs). Please omit the text-align, and use 
left-justified aka flush left (the default) for the body of the spec. 
This CSS [2] says "justify":

/*
body {text-align:justify;
		margin-right: 3em;}
*/

It may look nice in print but readers need to have the option to use 
their own window width and font size online. These illustrations may 
serve to show what justify can do wrong (in just one reading):
