Here is a last call comment from Susan Lesch (lesch@w3.org) on QA Framework : Specifications Guidelines (and Examples and Techniques) received by the LC form system. Submitted on behalf of: N/A Comment type: Substantive The comment applies to: "Overall" Comment title: edition and version DoVs Comment: Guidelines 4-6 and the section 4 definitions are great descriptions of profiles, modules, and levels, thanks. Are "editions" and "versions" DoVs? If for example, a requirement changed between Version 1.0 and Version 1.1 of some specification, so that a 1.0 processor could not read 1.1, that might be a "variability." Proposed resolution : If you think edition and version do matter, they could be addressed in section 1.8, or in a separate Guideline. ]] -- This comment was submitted through the lastCall form system, designed by Martin Duerst and Adapted for the QAWG by Olivier Thereaux.
