"Use <h1> for title"??? http://www.w3.org/2001/06tips/Use_h1_for_Title $Date: 2002/11/26 21:53:18 $ pls fix to "use H1 for top level heading". "The title is generally duplicated in an <h1> element towards the top of the page." That's only for sort of "top level" pages. For pages that are more part of a whole, only the novel bit goes in the H1. e.g. for a top-level page, they'd be the same: <html><head> <title>Great Recipies</title> </head><body> <h1>Great Recipies</h1> ... </body><html> but for a more "internal" page, the H1 only has the novel bit: <title>Peanut butter and Jelly, in the Great Recipies</title> ... <h1>Peanut butter and Jelly</h1> Note that the ... should link into context; cf http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/IntoContext.html Sigh... looks like a case of putting too much information in the filename.
