In the "Discussion Drafts" section of the QAWG Web page, at [1], you will 
find a link to a new (first draft) companion document to the "Process & 
Operational Guidelines".  It is a checklist that can be used to score a 
group's conformance processes and operations aspects according to the 
Checkpoints in the P&O guidelines.

This is a first raw draft, and is missing some features that we will put in 
soon:  links back into the P&O document; and, appropriate head, 
introduction, and tail matter.
