Workshop on QA at W3C - hotel correction

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Gaithersburg Holiday Inn for the 
Workshop.  The phone number in the Call for Participation is 
incorrect.  The correct information is as follows:

A special rate of $95, single or double, plus 12% tax, has been arranged 
for attendees. To reserve a room, please call the hotel directly no later 
than Monday, March 12, and mention that you are attending the NIST/W3C QA 
Workshop.  Bus transportation from the hotel to NIST will be provided.
