you'll find the most recent draft of the W3C QA Activity Statement,
with links to detailed charters for a QA Working Group and a
QA Interest Group.
Once the activity is approved by W3C members and launched, we'll be
issuing a call for participation in both groups (hopefully before the
end of the month).
