July 11 2005 QA WG Teleconf cancelled

The July 11, 2005 telecon was cancelled due to a lack of forum. We did 
have a brief discussion about the Test Case model before adjourning. 
Dave Marston reported that the XML Query WG will soon publish its own 
test-case cataloging schema. We agreed that it would be useful if we 
responded to this.
