Variability in spec editors draft, incl. umbrella spec

Hi all,

As per my action item from last week, I've started an editors draft of
Variability in Specification at:
http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2005/01/spec-variability.html

It now includes as section 4.2 the concept of "umbrella specification"
as it was in SpecGL; it also integrates some - but not all - of the
comments that had been received on the previous version.
