Hi, sorry I missed the first part of the call..

 Re. teleconference facility in meeting room: yes almost certainly. It's a
new office so I can't say 100% but we will be taking our current
kit over there and we have the facility now.

hotels - yes, please let me know where you plan to stay. It may be
possible to negotiate a lower rate if we can block-book (?)
