My point is that SpecGL offers a good compromise between the very strict nature of QA Frame Spec GL CR and the too smooth nature of Web Arch. For Web Arch doc, I would definitely encourage them to 1. point on QA Spec GL and Variability in Specifications. 2. to remove bits on proved experience indeed as Lofton said or to give a bit more examples.
