regrets for f2f

Reluctantly, I must give regrets for the f2f and cancel my travel 
plans.  Personal matters now make it impossible for me to be away from 
Boulder during the itinerary that I had planned and booked.

I do hope to participate by telecon, for each afternoon of the meeting.
