QAWG telecon participants -- If you won't attend the WEDNESDAY (24 November) QAWG telcon, please reply (to list) with "regrets". This is a regular teleconference, whose principal topic will be: QA Specification Guidelines Agenda ===== Scribe: Richard, Lofton Chair: Karl Template: http://www.w3.org/QA/Group/telcon-template.txt 1.) roll call 11am EDT, membership 2.) routine business 3.) QA Framework Specification Guidelines Review Lead: Karl SpecGL [1] WD LC has been published on November 22, 2004. The Last Call review period ends 21 January 2005, at 23:59 EDT. The comments will be send on the www-qa (QA IG) mailing list. The issues will be recorded in Bugzilla (coordinated with Olivier Théreaux, W3C). Question: Official WG reviews: We should target a few WGs and ask them to formally review SpecGL. Ideas of WGs? Those which are finishing their work or those which are starting. 4.) QA Framework Specification Guidelines Promotion - Pre-Implementation Report To help the promotion of SpecGL, we should define strategies to reach people and other WGs. 1. Who's in the WG participate to other MLs/WGs? For example, Lofton on SVG, Tim Boland on CSS. 2. Each time these participants to WGs identify something which could be solved by SpecGL or that SpecGL could give help. Promote it, by giving the right solution to the problem with a link to the direct GP or Principle. DO NOT promote the document, PROMOTE the GP and the Principles. 3. If you identify an example or a technique that illustrates or solves an issue, please send it to www-qa ML with the flag [SpecGL-tech] or [SpecGL-ex] with the precise reference to the GP/Principle 4. If you have identified a concrete implementation of our GP or Principle, send it to the www-qa ML with the flag [SpecGL-impl] and the precise reference to to the GP/Principle Then we will be able to enter CR having already an implementation experience. 5.) Other ideas of promotion for SpecGL Please reply on the ML before the telconf. 6.) Adjourn Overflow (12-12:30): available.
