That's an idea, though I see a difficulty with that. Who will come to that? Chairs and Editors? I agree that a Training for Chairs and Editors would be a wonderful thing to do, though I'm not sure that people are ready to travel for it in terms of their management decisions. We might also have the comment that is something that could be done at the Tech Plenary, except I don't think that even one hour is enough to do a proper training.
