I have flagged (green shaded with "Issue: ...") some issues that I'm 
uncertain about.  You'll certainly find lots more to entertain us at next 
Monday's telecon.

In each of the substantial modules, I have a few (blue-shaded) editors 
comments at the start, that indicate where this falls in the hierarchy of 
the QAH, how it treats related old CPs, etc.
