Here is something for us to chew on Wednesday: http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2004/04/QA-handbook.html It is very rough and unfinished. I have flagged issues, questions, attention points with green-shaded styling (prefaced by "Issue", "Question", "Action", etc). If nothing else, we can just go through those sequentially. Other comments, esp. backing away from the details and looking at the whole thing, are also very welcome (it's hard to completely change what one has written before -- tend to fall into same old ruts.) In the process of putting this together, I resurrected some previous issues from the outline review telecon. I'm not ignoring that telecon, but either it wasn't clear to me what we decided, or the issue looked much different to me in the context of some fleshed out prose (so seemed worth revisiting). I haven't done much with styling. But in the section "2. Early planning and commitment", I have taken a step in the direction of WebArch-like formatting, just to suggest what it might look like finally. The associated QAH QAPD template is a stub for now -- I'll fill it out from the old QAPD template material once we have the basic shape and content of QAH endorsed. (Same for charter template.) -Lofton.
