The real definitions are from ISO 5725-1:1994/Technical Corrigendum 1, Published 1998-02-15, "Accuracy (trueness and precision) of measurement methods and results Part 1: General principles and definitions" and ISO 5725-2:1994, "Accuracy (trueness and precision) of measurement methods and results Part 2: Basic method for the determination of repeatability and reproducibility of a standard measurement method." "3.13 repeatability: Precision under repeatability conditions. 3.14 repeatability conditions: Conditions where independent test results are obtained with the same method on identical test items in the same laboratory by the same operator using the same equipment within short intervals of time. 3.17 reproducibility: Precision under reproducibility conditions. 3.18 reproducibility conditions: Conditions where test results are obtained with the same method on identical test items in different laboratories with different operators using different equipment."
