in-reach report that all individual persons of the WG can do:

* Ops Implementation
	http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2003/09/ops-implementation
* Spec Implementation
	http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2003/10/specgl-implementation

Any persons of the WG who has progress contacts, etc, Send a mail to
the WG or qa-chairs asking for updating the information and it will
help all of us to track the information.
	I or dom will be able to modify the information in the pages.

I think we should finish before Christmas. So we will be able to make
the reviews useful and push things if they are needed.

PLEASE CONFIRM HERE.
	So I can fill the table of reviews [1]

I propose this:
	I have removed Lynne Rosenthal from OpsGL review because of the
selling points for SpecGL
	I have removed Patrick Curran from OpsGL review because of the editing
of TestGL.
