[Note.  This may be a short one.  This is "The End" for the OpsGL issues 
that were queued in the Last Call review period!  We have to endorse (or 
NOT!) the batch of LC-60.3 through LC60.15 closures, and look at some 
priority-change loose ends.]

This is an extra teleconference, whose principal topic will be:  final 
closure of all queued OpsGL Last Call issues.
