This is a regular weekly conference, whose principal topic will be:  TestGL 
re-org proposals, and other TestGL leftovers from f2f.

Preparation.  We have two significant contributions about re-structuring or 
re-organizing TestGL, [2] and [3].  Be sure to read them in advance.
