2-October (Wed.) QAWG telecon agenda (2nd draft)

QAWG participants --

Your suggestions for teleconference agenda topics are requested.

If you won't attend the Wednesday (2-october) QAWG telcon, please reply (to 
list) with "regrets".

The main topic in this draft is to refine our agenda for Tokyo [1], if 
possible.  If it is considered useful, we can build a detailed agenda, 
similar to [4], after the teleconference.
