Will someone please volunteer to execute a review assignment before 
Tokyo?  SpecGL by SpecGL.

Mark indicates that he won't be able to complete the assignment by 
then.  We seriously need as much SpecGL feedback as possible, for 
consideration at Tokyo.  That is where we will generate the bulk of change 
directives for the next (1 November) SpecGL publication.
