Montreal attendees --

One of the things I forgot yesterday, about Montreal agenda.  In Draft 2, I 
questioned:  should we have room access before our nominal 8:45am start 
time, for those who want to sort out their internet connections?  It would 
be best to do this before the meeting starts, in case anyone's setup 
doesn't work painlessly (e.g., mine is sometimes problematic).

Thoughts?

Karl, could we have room access say at 8 or 8:15?  (Official meeting start 
time would still be 8:45).
