Issue priority for 5/30 telcon

QA Working Group --

Here is a suggested issue processing order for telcon discussion.  Please 
speak up if you'd like to see a different order.  Since we are meeting 
face-to-face in two weeks, it is my thought to postpone till then issues 
that are:
         ** more complex
         ** or, benefit from shared visual materials
         ** or, require more background preparation

The current (2002-05-29) Issues List is at [1].

The #nn numbers below refer to the Issue numbers in the summary list at 
[5], which in turn are hyperlinked to the more detailed issue description.

      #62 [Ops, Spec]:  conformance labels
      #61 [Spec]:  standard terminology for classes of products

      #60 [Ops]:  "In the charter," in ckpt statements.

      #69/70 [Spec]:  flavors of conformance (see DM message at [4])
                 (clarify DM proposal, not necessarily resolve)

      #63 [Spec]:  confirm checkpoint priorities.
      #64 [Spec]:  use of keywords should/shall/must

      #57 (&#39)  [Ops] : choice of MUST/SHOULD/MAY
