RE: Testing Guidelines plan

Here is the version with more text inside the checkpoints, input from
the face-to-face and comments from Dimitris. I will answer
questions/comments from Dave separately (as each targets ,more then one
checkpoint).

 

The notes in checkpoints are just current comments/explanation, they
will be all modified for the WG draft. I didn't have time even to review
English/typos properly.

I'm summing up the received comments from Dave and Dimitris and will
send the resulting doc to the list prior to today's telecon.

 

As Dimitris mentioned, editors team for the Test guidelines is just
starting, we'll be more coordinated as we go along:-)

Attached please find a copy of your original document with some added
prose as well as proposals for change of priorities and restructuring. 

 

I should point out that this is not the result of iteration between me
and Kirill, as my time frame did not allow that. In the future, you will
not see editor only drafts such as this, but "finished" proposals, in
accordance with our editing process. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Also, it may be that I won't be able to attend today's telcon, as I
thought we would have changed time already,
