AI cleanup before Seattle meeting

Hi all,

There are AIs (some rather old) about topics we'll be discussing at 
Seattle, e.g QAWG process, Test TF charter, WG outreach plan, etc.

Could you try and report on those, even if the AIs are not complete, 
before the meeting?
Please copy me directly when you do so, so that I can update the AI 
table.
(and please send me a mail if there are AIs that are in the list and 
should be closed).
