QAWG participants --

Per yesterday's draft agenda, I want to discuss these particular checkpoint 
priorities:  GL14 and GL15 are all priority 1.  I'm concerned that we not 
set the bar too high for the minimal A-conforming, especially given the 
status of our own work on a prototype (just starting).
