Problems with Cache

I'm trying to install the Cern 3.0A With Proxy and Cache, The httpd is
running but it can Cache anything; When i run it with v option says
"can't create...." Why can create files, and dirs ??

It's running in a Unixware machine whith nobody group and user;

Someone can tell me what happend ??
