Proxy Servers for MacOS

Hi,
 
  I'm trying to find a proxy server that does cache for the MacOS, if one isn't
 already available I'm considering compiling one.
 
  Does anyone have any hints for one or the other ?
 
  I've already tried to compile CERN's httpd which is supposed to be
 MacOS/CodeWarrior ready but I've had some troubles and I haven't got much time
 to try and solve the problems I found, once again if anyone can help I would be
 greatly appreciated.
