Dear Sir, FSF analyse of W3C policy concerning Web standards feel in following conclusion: << For this reason, the proposed policy does not actually protect the rights of the Free Software community to full participation in the implementation and extension of web standards. The goal of our participation in the policy making process at W3C has not been achieved. The Foundation urges all those who care about the right of Free Software developers to implement all future web standards to send comments to the W3C urging that the policy be amended to prohibit the imposition of "field of use" restrictions on patent claims contributed to W3C standards. >> It's obvious that if Free Software community can't implement W3C standards they cant' be called "Royalty-Free" Patent Policy, Think about all problems we already meet due to no respect of W3C standards. The Free Sofware community can help to make this standards reals standards. You can't expect make standards in forgetting all a community of developpers, what does it mean else? You must integrate all members, Free Software community too, by letting them developping their own solution in respects of W3C standards. Due to this reasons and lot of other, I implore you to give satisfaction to FSF request (http://www.fsf.org/philosophy/w3c-patent.html) witch prooves it's attachment to respect standards and law and wants to continue.
