Dropping RAND support is Excellent

To all on the Patent Policy Working Group:
 
Bravo on your decision to only promote to Recommendation status
standards that are available via RF instead of RAND.
 
IMHO, this stance is essential to living up to the mission of W3C and I
applaud the decision.
