Hi, In section 3. of the Current Patent Practices Note: http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/NOTE-patent-practice-20020124 it says: [[ All disclosure statements made by W3C Members are made public with each publicly-visible Working Draft (public Working Draft, Last Call Working Draft, Candidate Recommendation, Proposed Recommendation, Recommendation). ]] Since I was unable to find any public IPR disclosure in the Jan 18, 2002 XForms WD: http://www.w3.org/TR/xforms/ perhaps a check for the above should be added to the Publication Rules: http://www.w3.org/Guide/pubrules so that Public IPR disclosure is visible (directly or indirectly) in all publicly released documents. BTW, the above doesn't seem to include IPR disclosure from invited experts. Regards, Art Barstow ---
