Your new policy will damage educational institutions such as the one I am at that do not have the funds to pay per picture when pictures and movies are how we get out message across. We are here to educate children about he environment and marine life and children learn best from pictures and eye catching demonstrations, and since we can not reach all children most love our web site so that they may learn and find out about what we do. If you new policy is passed you will hinder the spread of educational facilities such as ours. The internet has been a great thing for many who do not have the funds to travel to certain places and now you will be moving them back 10 years. You will make the internet a corporate, big money only club which is down right evil and totalitarian. This policy should be banished never to be thought of again!!!!! Thank you for you time -- Melissa Kincke Network Administrator MESC/Dauphin Island Sea Lab
