Dear Sir's: No Web Fees on any type! This will destroy the web, and the access to the web for the majority of Americans (and others) who are the working income households will cease. I am presently disabled and have no more money for such unethical taxes. Exceptions for income and that bureacuracy is not the answer. NO FEES IS THE ANSWER! If this happend, I would leave the web regardless of its importance. And push for a boycott. Tax and controll, tax and controll, sounds Republican to me (like "fees" replacing tax hikes, now that is truly a Republican hell). No Fees! David A. Peterson P.S., and what about low income library and other community center access. Low income seniors, etc.?
