Chris, 

Thank you for your comments about P3P data categories.
The working group has decided to make a number of 
changes to the data categories, including adding
health information, political information, and purchase
information categories. These will be reflected in the
public working draft we expect to issue on March 31
or shortly there after. We think this addresses the
concerns that have been raised about the ability to
express practices concerning various kinds of sensitive
data in P3P policies.
