Hi, I was wondering what is the exact flow of messages in case the policy reference file is not in its correct location and is instead specified by the policyref header in HTTP. Here is what I got, please let me know your comments on this. 1) GET /w3c/p3p.xml HTTP1.1 Host : www.hp.com Accept:*/* 2) HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found P3P: policyref=http://www.hp.com/P3P/PolicyReferences.xml ............. 3) GET /P3P/PolicyReferences.xml HTTP1.1 Host : www.hp.com 4) Recieve Policy Reference file http://www.hp.com/P3P/PolicyReferences.xml 5) Request P3P Policy file GET /w3c/policy1.xml HTTP1.1 Host : www.hp.com 6) Send P3P policy file http://www.hp.com/w3c/policy1.xml *******Now the normal message exchange proceeds********* 7) GET /index.html HTTP1.1 Host : www.hp.com Accept:*/* What happens to the flow in case link tag is used ....
