I thought I had read that somewhere in the spec as well, but now I cannot find it. However, section 4 states: "In P3Pv1, compact policies contain policy information related to cookies only. The web server is responsible for building a P3P compact policy to represent the cookies referenced in a full policy." Doesn't this say that the compact policy only have to represent portions of the full (cookie) policy, namely the portions regarding cookies. If not, perhaps it would be clearer to say "The web server is responsible for building a P3P compact policy to represent the cookie policy." Lars
