P3P Compact Policy Location?

Folks:

I have a question about the location of the P3P Compact Policy.

Here's my site structure:

https://mysite.com
https://mysite.com/someLOB
https://mysite.com/someLOB/subDirectory
Etc...

Now a cookie is being sent from mysite.com/someLOB and I need to send along
a P3P Compact Policy with it.  Question - At what level do I need to
implement the P3P policy?  At the root, or under /someLOB?

NOTE - We are the Third-Party content that is being embedded in
theirsite.com. Also note that we are using a Secure Server.
