There is a new non-public APPEL working draft that was published October 3. If your company is a W3C member, you can access it now at http://www.w3.org/P3P/Group/Preferences/Drafts/WD-P3P-preferences-20001006.html At our working group meeting this week we will discuss this draft and decide when to issue the next public draft. My guess is that will be in the next few weeks. The October draft is not tremendously different from the April draft. The logic is still basically the same. The main differences are in the treatment of behaviors.
