The P3P Coordination Group has reviewed the proposals for demos at the interop and has come up with the following plan. We have lengthened the formal demo part of the program to include up to seven formal demos. The following companies are invited to demo P3P clients: Microsoft Engage IDcide YOUpowered ENC Each company will be given up to 10 minutes for their presentation. While they may mention policy generators or other P3P software, due to time constraints we would like each of these companies to only demo their user agents (you can demo your other software during the informal session). Each of these companies will be required to come to the rehearsal on the afternoon of June 20 and to be able to demonstrate that their client works with two P3P-compliant web sites. One web site will probably be their own. We will assign each one a second site to test against. If a representative of the test site wishes to participate, part of the 10 minutes should be given to that person as well. The following companies are invited to demo P3P policy generators: IBM PrivacyBot Each company will be given up to 10 minutes for their presentation. Each of these companies will be required to come to the rehearsal on the afternoon of June 20 and be able to demonstrate that their policy generator produces valid P3P policies (compliant with May 10 draft). In addition to the companies listed above, the following companies and organizations will exhibit demos or posters during the informal session: GMD W3C PrivacyExchange Several companies plan to make their web sites P3P compliant in time for the event. This includes the companies bringing software, AT&T, AOL, HP, P&G, and TrustE. Implementers -- a member of the P3P coordination group should be getting in touch with you to discuss the details. But if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send them my way. Lorrie
