P3P validator available

Thanks to Yuichi Koike, we now have a P3P Validator
available at http://big.w3.org/cgi-bin/validate.pl
This tool can be used to check P3P policy files
and policy reference files to make sure they comply with
the May 10 spec. The tool itself has had only minimal
testing, so please let us know if you find problems with it.
