Hi! Hope you have registered for UbiComp / ISWC 2014. We are almost reaching the registration capacity. Hence if you have not registered, please register soon to avoid disappointment: http://ubicomp.org/ubicomp2014/attending/registration.php or http://www.iswc.net/iswc14/attending/index.html SmartHealthSys 2014 workshop (at UbiComp/ISWC 2014) Travel Grant: Limited funds are available through an NSF grant to partially support travel and accommodation costs for US-based students to attend SmartHealthSys 2014. SmartHealthSys workshop is part of the UbiComp program ( https://sites.google.com/site/smarthealthsys2014/travel-grant). Some seats are still available, even for people who are attending the workshop but not necessarily authoring a paper. Paper program: UbiComp 2014 Program: http://ubicomp.org/ubicomp2014/attending/program.php, and ISWC 2014 Program: http://www.iswc.net/iswc14/index.html#mon Keynote: Amy Ross, who leads the development of NASA’s extravehicular pressure garments, better known as space suits, will talk about 'Making Space Suits' (http://ubicomp.org/ubicomp2014/attending/opening-keynote.php and http://iswc.net/iswc14/keynote.html) More reasons to attend UbiComp / ISWC 2014: It's in SEATTLE. Check out the first original Starbucks store, EMP (Experience Music Project), Museum of Flights, Space Needle, beautiful view of Seattle skyline from Kerry Park, etc. etc. Recommended hotel with negotiated price got sold out (yay!), hence we have published some alternatives here: http://www.iswc.net/iswc14/attending/index.html Please let everyone know who you think might be interested. Best, Mohit Jain UbiComp and ISWC 2014 Publicity Chair
