EMMA 1.1 spec, section 4.1.4 [Honeywell Internal]

Classification: Honeywell Internal
The doc states that emma:grammar-active has a required attribute "id", but the supplied example does not include this attribute. One of the two is incorrect.

Separately, the only reason for emma:grammar-active to have an "id" is if the list will be referred to as a whole multiple times. Can this happen? If so, please update the documentation to indicate that.
